Parboiled Rice that is 100% Rain fed. The
rice grains are soaked, steamed, sun dried as well as shade dried indoors -
this entire parboiling process of the grain is done inside the husk and then
milled. It is semi polished and a great option as daily rice. Parboiled rice
contains more fibre as compared to raw rice. Medium size grain, they become
plump and stay non-sticky when cooked. Great choice of rice to make idli-dosa
batter, medicinal rice gruel called ‘Pez’ or soupy rice.
Usage
Soak rice for 30 mins - 1 hour before
cooking. Cook in excess water for 45-50 mins on medium heat until fully cooked,
drain off excess water.

unopened.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store it in an airtight container.
