My Konbini is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. Our sellers ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we undertake delivery through self or any Reputed Delivery Company that the Company may have an agreement with.

Delivery charges shall be charged unless and until the Company expressly waives off at its discretion.

Note: We do not have Cash on Delivery option for any Users of My Konbini

Please note our shipping policies as below –

·       The free shipping policy will apply only if specified or as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

·       A complete postal address including Pin Code, E-Mail ID and Contact Number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your Pin-Code and Contact Number before you complete your order.

·       All items are dispatched directly from the seller / manufacturer. It is quality inspected, packed and dispatched within the shortest span of time.

·       Some items needs to be produced fresh on order, these will be made and dispatched within a time frame as may be mentioned for each product. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

·       Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

·       Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

·       Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

·       You will be notified of your delivery schedule, you can also track your shipment through your user panel.

·       The Shipping charges and the minimum order value for free shipping may change based on Seller and distance.

·       The shipping charges and minimum order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period or as per sellers.

·       If the delivery is incomplete or the delivery has not been undertaken, then the User may raise a complaint on the User’s Panel on My Konbini.
