Refunds and Cancellations

 

We thank you and appreciate your shopping at My Konbini. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of your refund, Cancellation and Return shall be following the clauses as set forth.

 

Cancellation Policy

All sellers empanelled with My Konbini follows strict guidelines to ensure quality check and hassle-free efficient deliveries. To help our customers as well as to safeguard our sellers’ interest, we have drawn out a fair policy for Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund.

 

Cancellation:If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, we will refund the entire amount ONLY if the order is not PROCESSED.

 

Return Terms :

The platform shall accept return towards the products sold on the platform only if the customer purchased has raised a request for a return within 48 hours from the time of delivery of the products and if the product falls under the category as specified below:
1.     If the product is incorrect
2.     If the order is damaged
3.     If the product is faulty
The company will not entertain any return request due to delay in the delivery or on any consumable product falling under the following category.
 

Returns are not accepted on:

·       The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

·       The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.

·       Products which has short shelf-life or where the date of expiry is over.

·       Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

·       Products that are damaged after delivery.

·       Products which after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

·       Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products.

·       If the product quality is poor, expired or rotten at the time of receiving the order then please contact us immediately at info@mykonbini.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.


Further, the return will be accepted only on the following conditions.

 

·       The products placed on the return request shall not be used and should be in the original conditions with all the packaging material and in the same manner as it was delivered to the customer.

·       The customer shall additionally provide the original copy of the invoice delivered with the package during the return process.


For raising any request for return of product/s, the customer shall have to raise a ticket at My Konbini before the mentioned time allotted for the particular product/s with all details as may be applicable. Please check all terms of return/ replacement/ refund for product/s on My Konbini before making any purchase or raising any ticket for return/ replacement/ refund.  All updates regarding return/ replacement/ refund will be mentioned on the customer’s user panel of My Konbini. Some eligible returns will be treated only for replacement request. Please refer the product display mentioned against each product. Product will be replaced/ refunded after due investigation and diligence and as approved by the seller. We assure a fair outcome at all times.


 

Refund Terms :

 

Refund is applicable for products which falls in this category. This will be clearly represented by an icon against each product showcased on CornerDukaan.

Once the ticket is raised by the customer, the Seller verifies the request and if deemed valid as per the terms and conditions mentioned, approves the return request for replacement / refund.

Seller at CornerDukaan will firstly undertake to receive the returned products and further shall undertake a thorough inspection on the product returned and then proceed to initiate a refund. The inspection process shall be undertaken within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the products by the CornerDukaan Seller.

 

All refunds shall be issued only for the part of the order returned by the user and not for the entire invoice amount. All refunds shall be subject to such statutory deductions as may be specified.

All refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of return receipt of the product by the Seller.

 

The return process is as follows:

1.      The Seller and Customer Care team of My Konbini will verify the claim made by the customer within 3-4 days from the time of receipt of the product.

2.      Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, My Konbini will initiate a credit request for the customer’s account on the platform.
 
My Konbini at its sole discretion may cancel the user's subscription or use of the platform, if:
a.     if it suspects a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
b.     if it suspects a user has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
c.     for any reason outside the control of the My Konbini.
d.     if My Konbini does not want to do business with the user
 
At My Konbini, we maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of Product display, specifications and pricing, there may be the slightest chance of details of the seller/product and other information as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to My Konbini by the seller and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of My Konbini. In such event, My Konbini reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such product / services or can provide the same package that is bought by you.
